1. How do I book a session?

To book an online session with us, start by clicking on the "Book a session" button in the navigation bar.

The next step will require you to select a therapist, pay for your session, choose your date and time and that's it!

For an offline session, all you need to do is come visit us at our office fatemasaify@remynd.in or call us at +91-9974240559

2. How will I communicate with my therapist?

The therapist and client will be in direct communication via Whatsapp.

3. How do the sessions work?

  • In online therapy, the session will be either on Google Meet, Teams, or Skype.

  • In offline therapy, we will meet at the office address.

4. How can I be sure that online therapy is as effective as face-to-face therapy?

Numerous studies support the effectiveness of online therapy, which offers convenience, accessibility, and secure communication. 5. Can I be sure my session with my therapist will be confidential?

Whatever you say in therapy will stay in therapy. However, there are times when a therapist is legally obligated to break confidentiality:

  • Harm to self or others: If a therapist believes that you are in imminent danger of hurting yourself or someone else, a family member, police or ambulance will be called to ensure safety.

  • A child under the age of 16 or older adult in care is in danger.? In such cases, Family and Children's Services or the police will be called.

  • Your files are subpoenaed by the court or by the College of Registered Psychotherapists.

  • A client experienced a health emergency during a session: In this case, medical staff would be provided only with necessary information.? No information? about why a client is in therapy will be shared.

In case the therapist meets the client outside therapy, the client is under no obligation to attend to the therapist or introduce them to anyone to avoid explaining their relationship. Hence, maintaining confidentiality.

6. Why and when should I see a therapist?

Reasons for going to therapy differ for all individuals. Some people go through distressing events in life making it difficult to cope with daily functioning and causing impairment in relationships.

7. What are the different types of therapy?

There are over 18 types of therapy. At ReMynd, we offer 3 major forms of therapy namely Art Based Therapy, Narrative Therapy and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy.

8. How much time will I have to give?

Some sessions take place twice in a week, initially, it may take place like this. However, it may reduce to one session a week or fewer. But some sessions require more attention and thus take place every day.

9. How long will I need to continue therapy?

The length of therapy depends greatly on the needs of the individual, the goals of the therapy, the condition and its treatment.
