Play therapy

Play therapy is a form of psychotherapy that is used to help children explore and express their emotions in a safe and supportive environment. During play therapy sessions, children are given the opportunity to engage in various types of play, such as drawing, painting, storytelling, and playing with toys. The play therapist works to build a relationship with the child and create a non-judgmental space where the child feels comfortable expressing their feelings and experiences. Play therapy can be used to address a wide range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues.
